Our Blue Triple Durometer Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 62/90/62, this kind of blade is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested mesh count of 43T-90T. A blade like this is ideal for textiles when printing lighter colours onto darker substrates but generally it is a good all round blade to have in your screen printing tool box.
The triple cross section of this blade had a center core of 90 shore with the two outer edges being of a softer 62 shore. This gives you softer edges but a more rigid core for your screen printing activities.
As a general rule the softer the squeegee blade then the more ink that will be deposited, this particular blade has great durability to both chemicals and abrasion to even the most aggressive inks encountered.
The Blue Triple Durometer Squeegee blade is suitable for use with Plastiol inks, solvents and water based ink systems. All of which have yielded great results with this squeegee blade.
This blade is supplied in 3660mm roll lengths and in sectional sizes of 50mm x 9mm.
This squeegee blade can be used with a handle such as our Ergo Force Squeegee Handles for your screen printing activities.
