P-Charge is an ink additive that will make your Plastisol inks perform just like water based discharged ink.

The results achieved by this tool are garments that are softer on the hands and with the feel of water based prints without having two separate mixing systems.

All you need for this is dischargeable dyed garments and the P-Charge – gives you a whole new look.

This P-Charge is supplied in kit form that includes the correct amount of activator. Our stock sizes are 1kg, 5kg and 18kg.

Mix one to one with Plastisol and stir until mixed thoroughly with an even consistency.  Do not use high speed mixers that may heat the ink and cure prematurely.

Add the d-powder 3-6% by weight to the Plastisol / P-Charge mixture and stir in until completely dissolved.  Once mixed the shelf life is up to 24hrs.  Only mix what you need for current print run.

Force the ink into the substrate, with heavy squeegee pressure.  Print wet on wet without flash curing.  The true colour of the fabric will not how until cured completely.  During long runs, mist the screen with water if you see drying to help with viscosity.  Use water as a reducer.

Cure for minimum of 90 seconds at 160c to activate the agent to get a washable print.  If the water evaporates too quickly will; stop the discharge reaction and result in dull colours.
